These terms of use ("Terms of Use") apply between the owner of cadou.me and you as a user of our website at cadou.me ("Website") and the cadou.me platform ("Platform"). The Website and the Platform are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services".

cadou.me cannot be held liable for delays or defects of any kind in relation to the goods or services that you purchase through third parties, including when linking to the third party from a wishlist, as cadou.me is not a party to the agreement between you and the third party.

You agree that cadou.me may in some cases receive commission from third parties, including content providers, merchants, advertisers, sponsors, service providers and licensors, when clicking on a link in your wishlist results in a purchase from such third parties.

The Services are for your personal use only and may not be used in connection with commercial endeavours except as expressly approved or authorised by cadou.me.

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 without prior parental consent. If you are the parent of a child under the age of 13 and you believe that your child has submitted personal data without your approval, please contact us immediately by email: [email protected] and we will delete the information from our system.

The Services contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not monitor or control the linked sites and make no representations regarding, and are not liable for, the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or availability of any of the content uploaded, displayed, or distributed, or products or services available at those sites. Purchase, payment, warranty, delivery, maintenance, and any other matters relating to merchandise, services or information from such businesses are solely between you and such businesses. cadou.me is not a party to such agreements.

We do not endorse or guarantee such products, information, or services and are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information or the quality of such products or services.

Should cadou.me be faced with claims for damages from a third party that are due to or arise as a result of your use of the Services in violation of these Terms of Use and/or as a result of a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations described above and/or if any content that you post on the Platform, or if through the Services you impose a liability on cadou.me in relation to any other party, or if cadou.me is subject to any claim by a cadou.me provider arising out of a transaction between you and such cadou.me provider, you agree to indemnify cadou.me in respect of any and all losses and claims incurred.

The above terms of indemnification only apply to the extent that this does not conflict with mandatory legislation.

These Terms of Use and your confirmation constitute the entire agreement between cadou.me and you regarding the use of cadou.me and the Services. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of any such right or provision.

The section titles in these Terms of Use have no independent legal or contractual force.

These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of Moldova. Any disputes must be settled by the Moldovan courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
